Add bindings for vc-log-incoming and vc-log-outgoing.
* lisp/vc-hooks.el (vc-prefix-map): Add bindings for vc-log-incoming
and vc-log-outgoing.
* lisp/vc-dir.el (vc-dir-menu-map): Add menu bindings for vc-log-incoming
and vc-log-outgoing.
